Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Data Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will partner with executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions, AI initiatives, and measurable business value.

You will build and guide high-performing teams, govern data quality and reporting, and champion modern analytics platforms. This role requires at least ten years in analytics leadership and advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Certifications in analytics, data science, cloud technologies, AI, project management, or BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick’s objectives.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions that improve performance, outcomes, and experience.
• Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases to support growth objectives.
• Establishes KPIs and success measures for analytics initiatives and tracks business value realization.
