Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP of Data Analytics to lead the analytics strategy and multi-year roadmaps across the enterprise. You will advise executive leadership on AI, predictive modeling, and data governance to drive performance and better client outcomes.

You'll build and mentor high-performing teams of data scientists, analysts, and BI professionals, champion cloud analytics platforms, and partner with business leaders to shape analytics investments and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in analytics, data science, cloud technologies, AI, project management or BI preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick's objectives.
• Serves as executive advisor on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions that improve performance and outcomes.
• Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics.
• Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases to support growth.
• Establishes KPIs and tracks value realization for analytics initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or related discipline strongly preferred

Professional certifications in analytics, data science, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, project management, or business intelligence preferred
