Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree strongly preferred in related field.
Professional certifications in analytics, data science, cloud tech, AI, PM or BI preferred.
Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Establishes and executes long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics.
Advises executive leadership on analytics strategy, data-driven decisions, AI, and emerging tech.
Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions to improve performance and outcomes.
Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends via advanced analytics.
Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and KPIs; tracks business value.
Oversees design, development, and deployment of enterprise analytics, BI, ML, and AI
Ensures data governance, quality, and reporting standards across the organization.
Leads client-focused insights and enterprise transformation initiatives.
