Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP of Data Analytics to set the enterprise analytics vision and lead teams of data scientists, analysts, and BI professionals. You will partner with executive leaders to drive data-driven decisions, predictive modeling, and AI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in analytics, cloud technologies, AI, project management, or BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick's objectives.
• Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions to improve performance, outcomes, and productivity.
• Oversees design, development, and deployment of enterprise analytics, BI, ML, and AI solutions.
• Champions adoption of modern analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Leads governance, reporting, and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
