Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience in CPG, retail, or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Strong business acumen and end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
• Experience with major retail customers (Amazon, big-box retailers).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing supply chain initiatives with key retail partners.
• Maintain service levels and optimize OTIF and cost-to-serve.
• Develop processes and resources to support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales & NPD on launches and planogram resets.
