• Financials: Full profit and loss responsibility for the division and optimize returns on investments.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Risk Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies for resilience and regulatory compliance.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Technology Solutions: Support adoption of advanced supply chain technologies to drive improvement.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and monitor performance with data-driven insights.
• Culture/Environment: Promote cross-functional planning and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
• Management Responsibility: Lead the division’s leadership and HR activities, setting performance standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
