Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end distribution for a key Retail or Digital channel. You will collaborate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth product flow and flawless execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail operations or supply chain roles, strong data-driven decision making, and excellent cross‑functional communication to improve in-store and online performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles.
• Detail-oriented and highly collaborative, with strong internal and external relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of Excel and AI tools, with ability to cut through data to generate, prioritize, and communicate key operational insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing forecasting and replenishment needs with sales, demand planning, and external partners.
• Own end-to-end retail or digital channel distribution, including fulfillment, in-store operations, and chargebacks.
• Develop reporting and scorecards linked to KPIs and drive IBP with Demand Planning.
