Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO and partnering with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing—defining positioning, messaging and launches—lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, and build customer programs with upsell, cross-sell, and executive events to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director with ownership of positioning, messaging and launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing with upsell/cross-sell campaigns and client events.
• Proficiency in copy management including briefing, editing, and QA of B2B copy.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building campaigns with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them through messaging.
