Job summary

BairesDev in the United States is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new function from the ground up. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape strategy, messaging, and campaigns for retention and growth across existing client accounts.

You will hire and develop a small team, own go-to-market assets, drive upsell and cross-sell programs, and collaborate with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing to accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director owning positioning and launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including upsell/cross-sell and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams with standards and pitch decks.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events with upsell campaigns and client references.
• Build area by hiring, define KPIs, report results to the CMO and executive team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and collateral.
