Job summary

GoMining is seeking an experienced Head of Custody & Compliance to lead our digital asset custody, AML/KYC, and financial operations. You will shape the strategy, scale infrastructure, and balance regulatory requirements with security and customer experience.

As a senior leader, you will work with engineering, product, legal and executive teams to build secure, efficient platforms, manage risk, and drive growth across international markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive crypto custody and digital asset operations experience.
• Deep AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring knowledge.
• Proven ability to design scalable custody infrastructure and workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with custody providers such as Fireblocks, Copper and BitGo.

Responsibilities

• Lead custody infrastructure and digital asset operations.
• Oversee deposits, withdrawals, and transaction processing.
• Manage relationships with custody providers.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of operations.
• Develop compliant workflows and automation where possible.
• Define operational performance metrics and report to leadership.
