GoMining is seeking a versatile lawyer to own corporate and commercial work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. This role rewards autonomy and problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with focus on corporate law and commercial contracts.
• ILF experience is a strong plus (2+ years)
• Sharp critical thinking and ability to navigate non-standard situations
• High resilience and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Proactive mindset with minimal oversight
• English at B2/C1 level or above

Responsabilités

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with partners, payment providers, and counterparties
• Providing corporate support across multi-jurisdictional group of companies, including corporate docs
• Supporting legal review of new product launches and marketing materials
• Coordinating with external legal counsel across multiple countries
• Working with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on day-to-day legal matters
• Helping develop and improve contract templates and internal processes
• Supporting risk identification and pre-litigation matters
