Job summary

Ezurio is seeking a senior AI initiatives leader to drive internal AI portfolio design, prototyping, and adoption across the enterprise. You will prototype value with agents, automation, and APIs, then hand solutions to partners for production while ensuring governance, data readiness, and compliance.

You will partner with IT, finance, and business leaders to align AI investments with Ezurio's strategic goals, reporting quarterly benefits and maintaining a practical roadmap for build/buy/wait

Qualifications

• Hands-on prototyping using current agent, automation, and API tools.
• Ability to translate AI investments into strategic business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI solution patterns and how to redesign workflows.
• Influence-based leadership across a large organization without direct authority.
• Clear communication of complex AI topics to executives.
• Familiar with EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI solutions, then hand to partners for production.
• Own internal AI use-case portfolio: intake, prioritization, funding, retirement; quarterly benefits reporting.
• Maintain a practical roadmap for build/buy/wait decisions.
• Manage the AI investment budget from planning through tracking.
• Prepare structured company data for AI tooling; ensure data quality and governance.
• Drive adoption of existing tools with training, champions, and usage reporting.
• Run effectiveness reviews for AI tools and decommission unused ones.
• Define acceptable-use, data-handling, and security guardrails with IT and Legal.
