Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Clinical Development Leader for Movement Disorders. This remote US role requires ownership of development strategy, trial leadership, data interpretation, and cross‑functional execution to move programs toward regulatory submissions.

You will bring deep expertise in movement disorders and lead the work hands-on rather than only advising. The ideal candidate holds an advanced scientific degree and has a track record of personally leading trials,

Formación

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
• Track record of personally leading clinical trials, programs, submissions, or major development decisions.
• Regulatory submissions ownership carrying clinical content for IND/CTA/NDA/MAA filings and health authority interactions.
• Strong judgment with ability to make timely calls on emerging data with incomplete information.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, small, flexible org where scope shifts and roles are defined by needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead movement disorders development strategy, endpoints, and patient experience to inform decision making.
• Personally lead studies from design through execution, translating science and regulatory requirements into development plans.
• Interpret emerging clinical and scientific data, identify key factors, and make timely calls when information is incomplete.
• Own substantive clinical content for regulatory filings, briefing materials, and health authority interactions.
• Drive cross-functional teams across clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, safety, and other disciplines to advance programs.
