Community Health Systems is seeking a data science-focused professional to align enterprise talent management with operational data. You will build visualizations, conduct analyses, and develop predictive models using Oracle HCM data and other systems to improve workforce outcomes.

The role emphasizes forecasting nurse attrition, optimizing recruiting spend, and pay equity, with a fully remote work setup. Strong Python, ML, and cloud experience are essential, along with collaboration across HR

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors for data extraction.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for building predictive models.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA data privacy considerations in HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Utilize cloud-based tech, like GCP, for scalable data processing.
• Translate HR strategies into analytical projects and KPIs.
• Develop time-series models for staffing needs using historical data.
• Build ML models to identify flight risk and optimize workforce retention.
• Analyze relationships between premium pay and burnout to inform staffing.
• Work with healthcare professionals to design data-driven solutions.
• Design experiments, interpret results, and present findings to stakeholders.
