Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Stars, clinical, and care management leaders to translate HOS performance drivers into analytical solutions.
• Segment members by response likelihood and by health trajectory to guide outreach.
• Build and tune models predicting risk of HOS composite decline across domains.
• Analyze item-level HOS data to identify drivers of performance.
• Create pipelines for baseline/follow-up cohorts, sampling, and response rates; validate CMS case-mix adjustments.
