Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a US-based Emerging Markets Account Executive to sell our HCM solutions to mid-market companies. This is a virtual, remote-based role with minimal to moderate travel, focused on organizations with 500–999 employees.

Candidates should have proven experience selling HCM software and a track record of high-velocity, consultative deals. You will build executive relationships with HR, finance and operations, develop strategic business cases, negotiate contracts, and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience selling HCM software solutions.
• Proven track record of prospecting, partner relations, and closing HCM opportunities in a mid-market setting.
• Ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles with strategic, consultative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by exceeding quota and expanding Dayforce value in HCM.
• Develop relationships with C-suite and key decision makers in HR, finance, and operations.
• Lead HCM-focused engagements and negotiate deals within Dayforce’s sales framework.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
