Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a U.S. Customer Base Account Executive Emerging to manage a mid-market portfolio and drive growth across a high-velocity sales cycle. You will nurture existing customers, pursue new opportunities, and present Dayforce HCM solutions to executives.

You will cultivate relationships, leverage industry knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and exceed quota in a fast-paced environment. Growth and professional certification are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales objectives.
• Experience building pipeline via self-generated activities and corporate marketing programs.
• Proven solution- and value-based selling abilities.
• Ability to develop new sales and drive the sales process across teams.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
