Job summary

Managed Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced HCC and Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor to lead a remote coding team across the U.S. This role requires strong expertise in professional coding, CPC credentials, and proven leadership to maintain quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development while ensuring compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer requirements, all within a PST-aligned schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive professional coding experience across multiple specialties.
• 3–5 years of coding leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in healthcare.
• Current CPC credential through AAPC is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and day-to-day supervision of Professional Coding staff.
• Ensure client coding deliverables meet quality, productivity, turnaround-time and SLAs.
• Monitor coding operations, workloads, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Maintain staffing coverage and allocate resources based on volumes and priorities.
• Serve as coding SME for complex questions and escalations.
