Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HCC coding experience.
• Extensive ICD-10 knowledge required.
• Flexible in a remote, fast-paced production environment.
• Strong medical terminology, abbreviations, pharmacology, and disease knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; time management.
• Familiarity with data security and office software is a plus.
• Must commit to 40 hours weekly.
• Ability to handle multiple client projects.
