Datavant is seeking an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder to review medical records and assign ICD-10 diagnoses for risk adjustment and reimbursement. This remote, full-time role supports multiple client projects while maintaining high coding accuracy.

You will apply ICD-10 CM guidelines, DRG policies, and payer requirements, with a target of 95% coding accuracy, working 40 hours per week in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HCC coding experience.
• Strong ICD-10 knowledge and medical terminology.
• Able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; time management.
• Must maintain 95% coding accuracy and follow guidelines.
• Able to handle multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Proficient with computer hardware/software for data security.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to identify and code diagnoses using ICD-10 CM per client guidelines.
