Dahl Consulting is seeking a seasoned HCC & ProFee Coder for a remote contract-to-hire role. You will validate codes and perform CMS HCC and Rx HCC risk adjustment audits, working to meet 96% accuracy goals and regulatory guidelines.

Deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM, Medicare coding guidelines, and documentation review is required, with strong Excel and EMR proficiency. This position supports health plans and provider organizations in a high-detail environment.

Competenze

• Current AAPC or AHIMA credential, including CPC, COC, or CCS-P.
• Minimum 5 years of HCC coding experience.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM, CMS HCC risk adjustment, Rx HCC risk adjustment.
• Experience coding E/M services and ICD-10-CM diagnoses.

Mansioni

• Review and validate diagnosis codes against documentation and ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Perform CMS HCC and Rx HCC risk adjustment validation and data review.
• Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance for risk adjustment initiatives.
• Collaborate with providers to obtain missing documentation and clarification.
