Datavant is seeking an HCC Auditor to review medical records coded in ICD-10, ensuring accurate reflection of patient conditions for risk adjustment. You will translate clinical documentation into precise codes and verify the accuracy of work, contributing to reliable reimbursement processes.

The role requires 2 years of HCC coding and auditing experience, strong ICD-10 knowledge, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 years' HCC Coding experience.
• 2 years' HCC Auditing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit coded charts per client guidelines.
• Navigate different client guidelines with ease.
• Maintain a 95% quality average at the diagnosis level.
• Respond to rebuttals from coders or auditors.
• Participate in weekly coding project review meetings.
• Handle additional tasks from the quality supervisor.
