Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is expanding into Pennsylvania and seeks a Licensing & Compliance Specialist to lead regulatory efforts for our Home and Community-Based Services operations. You will oversee licensing applications, renewals, and compliance programs to meet PA DHS requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of PA HCBS licensing, with a track record in audits and regulatory reviews. This role supports cross‑functional teams to ensure readiness and ongoing compliance in a growing

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania HCBS licensing requirements.
• Experience with DDD/ODP regulations is a major plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage documentation, deadlines, and regulatory processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; works well with multiple teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare licensing applications, renewals, and required documentation for PA DHS.
• Ensure HCBS regulatory compliance across operations.
• Serve as primary contact for state inspections and audits.
• Maintain staff training, clearances, insurances, and background checks per PA rules.

Licensing & Compliance Specialist

to lead the regulatory and compliance efforts for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) operations.

What You'll Do

• Complete all
• licensing applications, renewals, and documentation
• required by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services
• Ensure full
• compliance with HCBS regulations
• , policies, and procedures
• Monitor and maintain documentation for staff training, clearances, insurances, and background checks in line with PA regulations
• Serve as the main point of contact for state audits, licensing inspections, and compliance reviews
