Stellar Cyber is seeking a hands-on Manager of Integration Software Engineering to lead a team that builds integrations between our platform and third‑party security technologies. The role is based in the United States and may be performed remotely, with in-person interviews possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to coach engineers.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Experience with Python/Go/Java.
• Experience building, maintaining integrations and APIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team with day-to-day coaching and support.
• Understand the team's active work; participate in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and decisions.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new engineers as the organization grows.
• Drive delivery with Product Management and partner teams; clarify priorities and plans.
• Promote engineering practices in code quality, testing, security, and operational readiness.
• Mentor on AI-assisted development and ensure prudent use of AI tools.
