Job summary

Stellar Cyber is a fast-growing global cybersecurity company seeking a hands-on Manager of Integration Software Engineering. You will lead a team that builds and maintains integrations between our platform and third-party security technologies, while staying hands-on when needed.

The role supports remote work from the United States and may include in-person interviews. You will coach engineers, shape priorities, review approaches, and ensure high-quality, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Backend software engineering experience with at least one modern language (Python/Go/Java).
• Experience building, integrating, or operating production software and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of software engineers, setting priorities and removing blockers.
• Stay hands-on with design discussions, code reviews, and critical issue resolution.
• Guide delivery with PMs and partner teams, balancing new work and maintenance.
• Promote AI-assisted development and maintainability of integrations.
