Job summary

Kentro is seeking a HAM Data Quality Team Lead to own end-to-end data integrity for the HAM environment under the VA ESOM contract. The role leads the Data Quality Team, ensuring asset records are accurate and compliant while supporting ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations.

The position is remote within the United States with Eastern Time alignment; compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, reflecting role requirements, security clearances, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in data quality, data governance, or IT asset management.
• 2+ years leading data analysts or cleanup teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM, HAM Pro, or CMDB in enterprise environments.
• Experience with legacy-to-new system data migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Quality Team across HAM Configuration Items.
• Resolve duplicate, orphaned, and incomplete asset records for a trusted system of record.
• Oversee daily tasks, quality reviews, and remediation tracking.
• Develop data quality standards, governance processes, and SOPs.
