Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a contact center is required.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Holland America Line product.
• Ability to handle multiple communications and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Research inquiries, complaints, and praises from guests.
• Authorize compensation when appropriate.
• Process feedback from guests and travel professionals.
• Maintain relationships with travel professionals and internal teams.
• Identify and work to resolve problem areas.
