Atticor, an AI-powered legal services platform, is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the websites, systems and automations that drive lead generation for our brands. You will own the acquisition stack from landing pages to AI-enabled workflows, focusing on conversion rate, lead quality and cost per signed case.

The role is full-time and remote in the United States, with a base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering or growth engineering.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and React/Next.js.
• Proven experience building production websites with measurable conversion outcomes.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and backend services.
• Experience designing automated workflows linking multiple systems.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, event tracking and attribution tech.
• Knowledge of GTM, GA4 and major ad platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven web development.
• SQL knowledge and deployment pipelines; production debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Own development, performance and optimization of high-converting websites and landing pages.
• Translate designs into production-ready experiences and reusable components.
• Develop integrations connecting websites, marketing platforms and CRMs.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual work and speed lead processing.
• Improve lead flow from acquisition through intake to client conversion across brands.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and tracking issues across the stack.
