Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Manager, Web Experience & Growth to own the customer-facing website experience across Farmers.com, Foremost.com and BristolWest.com. You will lead content, IA, navigation and CTAs to guide customers to quote, purchase and service.

You'll define the strategic roadmap, use analytics, SEO and experimentation to lift traffic, engagement and conversions, and manage a team of web content professionals in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web/digital experience or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and sales.
• Strong ROI-focused programs and analytics mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing website experience across multiple sites.
• Define and execute the website experience roadmap with priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of web content professionals.
• Translate customer needs into front-end requirements with UX, Product, Tech.
• Own content strategy, governance, and SEO alignment.
• Improve presentation of products, offers and value propositions.
• Lead CRO and experimentation across content and layouts.
• Leverage analytics and insights to identify friction and opportunities.
• Partner with SEO and Paid Media to connect customers to quotes and purchases.
• Establish and monitor KPI for traffic, engagement, progression and self-service.
