SpaceXAI is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join our Human Data team in Palo Alto, CA. You will own end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions, building data-driven sourcing strategies and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including challenging closes and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand requirements for priority hires and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, screening, and closing for high-volume and niche roles.
• Use data to optimize candidate ROI, improve conversion, and monitor recruitment pace.
• Create frameworks to analyze the talent market and align sourcing with SpaceXAI’s needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage from outreach to offer.
