Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-paced environments, strong pipelines across disciplines, and proven full-cycle recruiting expertise. This role supports US-based and international hiring with flexible, hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including challenging closes and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand requirements for priority hires and develop high-volume sourcing strategies.
• Manage a robust, full-cycle hiring process across channels.
• Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI and monitor recruitment pace.
• Create frameworks to analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies.
