Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth for Airbnb's Experiences business.
• Be the DRI for driving demand for the Experiences business in selected markets.
• Collaborate with product, finance, marketing, community, and sales ops teams to achieve objectives.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead innovation and growth initiatives including new business structures.
