Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Platforms to oversee Martech platform operations for subscription growth and paid memberships. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering to implement configurations, experiments, and data flows.

You will manage day-to-day platform administration, integrations, and testing, while documenting processes and promoting best practices across teams in a hybrid New York/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth platforms, or technical platform operations.
• Hands-on experience administering and implementing technical components of platforms such as Piano, Wunderkind, Digioh, or similar onsite marketing and conversion platforms.
• Understanding of subscription funnels, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and digital customer journeys.
• Experience configuring audience segmentation, targeting rules, conditional logic, triggers, and personalized onsite experiences.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-based integrations, tag management, and data flows between Martech platforms.
• Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; debugging campaign code and front-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and technical execution within the Martech platform.
• Define and maintain data schemas, user attributes, events, and audience structures.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Support onboarding and troubleshooting of data integrations, campaigns, and QA processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for campaigns and platform best practices.
