Job summary

Banyan Software is hiring a full-stack growth product manager for Teamup, a fully remote role based in the USA (Eastern time). You will drive onboarding, activation, and upgrade paths, using AI to prototype, code, and measure impact while collaborating with engineers and support.

You’ll own activation funnels, runner metrics, and the referral loop, and you’ll ship experiments that convert viewers into admins, helping the product scale for a growing user base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or product at a self-serve software company.
• Ownership of onboarding, activation, upgrade path, or in-product sharing loop.
• Ability to write production code with AI and instrument events.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers weekly to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Build rapid prototypes and ship experiments with AI assistance.
• Write code, open pull requests, and ship to production with the team.
• Instrument funnel, define activation metrics, and report results.
