Quora is a remote-first company seeking a Product Manager to drive user-centric growth across our core product experience. You will own the growth funnel, partner with engineering, design, and data science, and lead high-velocity experiments to expand reach and activation on web and mobile.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define metrics, guide prioritization, and uncover insights that inform long-term platform strategy. A track record of growth on consumer products is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record driving user growth on a consumer product.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, including leadership and users.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and scale products via experimentation.
• Strong foundation in user research and design principles.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end user growth funnel focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition and activation.
• Understand users on and off the platform to expand reach to new demographics.
• Navigate ambiguity and cross-functional dependencies to deliver successful growth features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to build and ship growth experiences at scale.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Run structured experiments across the funnel using data to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor industry and product trends to identify new growth levers.
