Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in Product Management.
• Demonstrated experience driving user growth on a consumer product with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills for multiple audiences.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Strong foundation in user research and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user growth funnel, focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile surfaces.
• Deeply understand users on and off the platform and build engaging experiences to expand reach.
• Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and ship growth experiences at scale.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Run structured experimentation across the funnel using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy.
• Monitor industry and product trends to identify new growth levers for user growth and retention.
