Job summary

Clera is seeking a hands-on paid acquisition lead to own growth for a consumer apps startup, starting with a couples app ahead of a major launch. You will manage end-to-end growth across this app and future products, using Meta as the primary channel and TikTok as a secondary channel.

You’ll run campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok, produce rapid creative variants, and track performance with AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork and PostHog.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience for consumer apps.
• Experience managing real budgets in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
• Strong ad writing skills including hooks and copy, with frequent creative tests.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok, including audiences, offers, budgets, and scaling decisions.
• Turn user-generated content into ads, brief creators, and produce many creative variants weekly using AI tools.
• Track performance beyond clicks using AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, and PostHog; optimize CPI and activation metrics.
• Assess tests within 24–48 hours and share a weekly performance report.
• Work toward a target of about $2 cost per install at scale for the November campaign.
