Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of growth marketing experience.
• VC/accelerator or early-stage fund exposure preferred.
• Proven track record of executing growth strategies.
• Proficient in major digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to write outreach emails.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and data-driven.
• Thrives in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Write outreach emails that resonate with target audiences.
• Support email marketing campaigns and lead routing.
• Handle day-to-day marketing automation tasks.
• Manage marketing databases and basic reporting.
• Manage an advanced funnel of leads with regular communication.
