Job summary

Axiom Recruit is seeking a Commercial Sales Growth Operations Manager for a remote role in Web3/Blockchain. You will drive onboarding experiences, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize growth funnels for global crypto developers and projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Growth or Operations, strong analytics, CRM mastery, and excellent communication. Remote role with preference for time zones aligned to UAE or Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

2+ years in Growth or Operations roles.
Experience with CRM dashboards and reports.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Data-driven process optimization and scalable workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Develop ROI-driven frameworks to identify opportunities across feedback and developer communities.
Track and optimize campaigns, events, and the sales funnel.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BDs, Marketing, Tech.
Manage pre- and post-sales customer engagement.
Streamline operations to handle prod, legal, compliance, and finance queries.
Provide product/engineering feedback from customers.
