Job summary

Growthy is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to own client relationships and delivery, working directly with our CEO and team.

You’ll manage onboarding, define goals and KPIs, set scope and timelines, and balance workloads while ensuring quality. You’ll coordinate Notion plans, calendars, tasks and reporting, and help steer crypto/Web3 campaigns from briefing to final results.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or growth agencies preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate campaigns and manage client expectations.
• Crypto/Web3 marketing services experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable writing and reviewing content for LinkedIn & X.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through calls, updates, and clear expectations.
• Own onboarding with goals, KPIs, scope, timelines, and access.
• Run delivery with briefs, owners and deadlines while balancing workloads.
• Check quality, resolve blockers before they affect delivery.
• Maintain Notion plans, calendars, tasks, notes, and reporting.
• Test new ideas and apply learnings to campaigns.
• Track progress against baselines & KPIs; explain changes and priorities.
• Build case studies covering strategy, delivery, measurable results.
