Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc. is seeking a Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst for a 100% remote role supporting a federal healthcare modernization project.

You will conduct market research, maintain Salesforce data, analyze pipeline metrics, and support capture and proposal activities across federal agencies. The role collaborates with Account Executives, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and executives, exposing you to the full federal BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, or government contracting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, organize, interpret, and present market and business intelligence clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using government procurement sites, market intelligence platforms, and industry resources.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and industry announcements across federal healthcare agencies.
• Research competitors, incumbent contractors, teaming partners, and market trends to support competitive intelligence and capture planning.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, customer, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analyses, and business development metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement histories, briefing materials, gate reviews, and capture planning activities.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives and project success.
