• Ability to learn technical systems and workflows quickly and execute hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Execute and quality-check cross-channel campaigns.
• Build, update, and maintain email templates used in Braze for client launches and ongoing communications.
• QA across email, direct mail, SMS, and related workflows.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns via PostGrid and Cornerstone; manage proofs and timelines.
• Translate approved requests into executable campaign plans and QA steps.
• Document issues, raise risks early, strengthen QA controls.
