Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a GoHighLevel Growth Operations Lead & MarTech Engineer to design and implement robust ad attribution, webhooks, and dialer pipelines for a fast-growing US residential services client. You will own sub-accounts, pipelines, fields, tags, and automated workflows, ensuring rapid lead routing and accurate revenue attribution across platforms.

You will configure Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and GTM, while building custom API connections (Make.com, Zapier, Python)

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel power user with experience building sub-accounts, custom fields, tags, and complex workflows.
• Experience configuring Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and GTM containers to map ad spend to CRM revenue.
• Ability to write webhooks and build API connections (Make.com, Zapier, Python) to route leads between platforms.
• Background in B2C direct-response lead pipelines or high-velocity home services environments.
• Strong, concise, metric-driven English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel sub-accounts from scratch with pipelines, fields, tags, and workflows.
• Implement server-side conversion tracking including Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and GTM.
• Create webhooks and API integrations (Make.com, Zapier, Python) to route leads instantly between landing pages, GHL, and dialers.
• Enforce Speed-to-Lead SLAs with multi-channel follow-up cadences.
• Audit third-party lead aggregators and ad agencies based on profitability and CRM closed deals.
• Develop executive dashboards in Looker Studio or HubSpot for full-funnel attribution.
• Troubleshoot and repair tracking loops to prevent lead leakage.
