Job summary

Inclusively Remote seeks an autonomous Digital Marketing Specialist to own digital marketing operations across multiple entities. You will bridge performance advertising with marketing automation, designing, building, and optimizing sales funnels in GoHighLevel for several brands.

You will run high-converting Meta and Google Ads campaigns, craft social content for healthcare and financial services audiences, and generate data-driven insights to guide growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital acquisition, paid media, and marketing automation across B2C.
• Proficiency in building funnels and automation workflows in GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and optimize multi-step sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms in GoHighLevel across accounts.
• Architect automated lead nurture workflows, SMS/email sequences, appointment bookings, and database re-activation campaigns.
• Develop paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with ROI focus and optimization for CPA and ROAS.
• Create engaging organic social content for healthcare and financial services audiences while ensuring brand compliance.
• Produce performance reports with KPI insights and collaborate with ownership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
