Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a GoHighLevel and marketing automation specialist to own our funnel infrastructure and automation ecosystem. This builder-first role reports to the CEO and helps shape GTM for a cutting-edge AI product in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will build high-converting funnels, automate email/SMS sequences, integrate Stripe and ad platforms, and collaborate on growth strategy with a clear path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Proficient in workflow building, tagging, triggers, and segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of email/SMS automation systems.
• Experience integrating with Stripe, Facebook Ads, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-converting GoHighLevel funnels.
• Create robust automation workflows including email and SMS sequences.
• Implement tracking systems, dashboards, and CRM pipeline flows.
• Manage integrations with Stripe, Facebook Ads, Google, and Clay.
• Set up and maintain affiliate and partner onboarding systems.
• Collaborate with CEO on growth strategy and campaign execution.
• Monitor funnel and automation performance; conduct A/B testing.
