Marriage Reset seeks a full-time remote Marketing Operations role to own weekly dashboards, process flows, and ad-quality checks. You will coordinate a small creative team, ensure timely delivery of landing pages and emails, and drive automation using Claude and other AI tools.

The role reports into the Head of Growth, builds scalable systems, and shapes how the team operates for new joiners.

Competenze

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or funnel-build roles in online coaching or direct-response businesses.
• Experience building and maintaining a ClickUp workspace used by others.
• Built pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
• You notice when numbers don’t add up and prefer accuracy over speed.
• Coordinated freelancers or a small team to deadlines without direct management.
• Expert with Claude or similar AI tools and have automated at least one workflow.

Mansioni

• Reporting: weekly dashboard, spend, CPA, ROAS, and funnel-wide summaries.
• Systems: manage ClickUp pipeline, dashboards, and intake from Slack; write procedures.
• Quality control: QA checklist for ads and emails before launch, tracking launches.
• Builds: landing pages in GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels and email sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Video editors: manage briefs, timelines, and bonuses; coordinate with senior marketer.
• Head of Growth support: keep deadlines visible, onboard new hires, manage tool access.
• Automation: use Claude/AI tools to automate recurring tasks and data reconciliation.
