Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital advertising roles.
• 2+ years in paid acquisition for freemium subscription apps.
• Strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience launching paid subscription programs from scratch.
• Experience growing subscriptions in high-traffic products.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product to optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Advanced analytics including app economics, lift testing, data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Plan, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to drive profitable paid subscriber growth.
• Deliver results from new channel testing and creative testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to build landing pages, funnels, and instrumentation.
• Create and execute a new paid subscription marketing program.
