Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer strategy, budgeting, testing, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice on the team.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and report on ROAS and pipeline impact with a focus on long-term client relationships. This is a remote role supporting US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
