Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing brands. You’ll shape strategy, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You’ll be the strategic voice at the table, making calls that impact client outcomes. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with accountability for ROI, roadmap delivery, and long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline growth.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long‑term relationships.
