Job summary

EnableComp, a leading revenue cycle management innovator, is hiring a Manager, Growth Marketing to own the demand-gen engine and content creation as the first dedicated content hire. You'll work with cross-functional teams to build pipeline and nurture qualified leads.

You'll plan multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Events, and SDRs to align messaging and drive MQL growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation or growth marketing (B2B).
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare tech is a plus.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance vs revenue goals.
• Manage demand gen budget and ROI; reallocate by channel performance.
• Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, nurture emails.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer on automation needs without owning core tech stack.
